This cro-moly rear rack is made in Tennessee, which makes the $22 price tag even harder to believe.  The top mount is a single bolt strut that attaches to the hole on the frame’s brake bridge.   The rack will work with caliper brakes–just sandwich the rack strut in between the caliper and the frame.
