These alloy fenders from VO are a much less expensive alternative to Honjos.  They use 5mm alloy fender stays which are very similar (though not identical) to the Honjo hardware and R-clips to attach to the frame.  The fenders are pre-drilled.

All mounting hardware is included.  The fenders measure 52mm wide and are suitable for tires up to 40mm wide–any wider is pushing it in my book, but then again I’ve happily used 40mm fenders on 35mm tires (don’t make the perfect the enemy of the good, right?).  Unpolished, unanodized matte finish which is easily spiffed up with some Simichrome, as shown in the photos on this page.  Rear fender is 120cm long; front 90cm for excellent coverage.
