The B18 features saddles springs incorporated into the rails and an embossed flower design from 1905.  The shape and design of the saddle are identical to the B72, but with the short nose standard on all of Brooks ladies saddles.  A double rail frame clamp is included as well as a 25g tin of Proofhide, a tension spanner, Brooks saddle cover, and polishing cloth.
