These pedals closely resemble classic Campagnolo and TA pedals of the past that are unfortunately no longer produced (in Campy’s case) or very expensive (TA).  Use these if you ‘ll definitely use clips and straps, or don’t mind only having only one “correct” side of the pedal.  If you want a road platform that you can ride on either side look at the MKS Touring Pedal.
