We stock bicycle components, clothing, and accessories designed for everyday use on real world bicycles by normal people who just happen to ride their bicycles frequently, or people who would like to ride their bicycles frequently and are figuring out how. We try to avoid anything that makes riding a bicycle more difficult than it needs to be, an ordeal, or an activity requiring a half hour of prep time. We have plenty of parts that utilize the latest technology, but are careful to separate marketing novelties from real advances. We like traditional, classic bicycles and parts rather than those that look like the spawn of a one night stand between a CAD program and a wind tunnel. Classic bicycle aesthetics are superior because they’re more more beautiful and friendly than soulless, too-cool for you black plastic.
