Ordering & Shipping
You may order through the website using all major credit cards and PayPal. You may also order by calling the shop and ordering over the phone with a credit card. We take checks as well if you’d like to do mail-order the old fashioned way. If you have questions about any of our products or services, don’t hesitate to call or email.
How Long Until My Custom Wheels Ship?
I build all the wheels personally, and lede time can vary greatly depending on the time of year and the length of my backlog. I'm busiest in the spring and fall, typically wheels take 1-3 weeks to ship from the time they are ordered. I’ll contact you if an unexpected circumstance has delayed your wheels. When I pack your wheel you'll receive a tracking number.
I ship domestic packages USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. If that’s a problem contact me and we’ll make other arrangements. Smaller parts go out USPS Priority Mail. In stock parts usually go out the same day ordered, but if the FedEx or USPS driver has already come by the order will go out the next day.
Backorders and Inventory
Wheel components are primarily listed on the site for wheelbuilds. I keep as many hubs and and rims in stock as I can afford to, but I can’t have everything all times. If you order a rim or hub online a la carte that can’t ship within a day or two I’ll let you know if the part will be delayed so you can decide whether you’d like to wait or cancel the order. Of course, you can always call or email before ordering. It usually takes just a few minutes to check with my suppliers and tell you how quickly I can ship anything that I don't have on the shelf.
Refunds are given up to 30 days after the time of purchase for unused items and store credit up to 60 days after purchase. There are no returns on custom wheels or special order items unless defective. Custom wheel orders are final. If you realize you've selected an incorrect component on your wheels, contact me as soon as possible. All post-order changes to wheels are done at my discretion. That being said, if I see something that looks odd or incompatible on your wheel order I'll contact you. And of course you can always call or email me before you order.
