This 3M produced tape is the best we’ve found. It is thick and cloth-like, almost like gaffers tape. It can removed once or twice and still remain adhesive, and bends around corners and curves better than other tapes. Use this anywhere you want to add some visibilty, day or night. I like to put use it on the tail of the rear fender, the area that is often painted white on traditional city bike with black fenders. As you can see in the picture below, the tape is very reflective. Even though the picture was taken in the middle of the day the tape is reflecting a small amount of light, and the hi-vis color is very conspicuous and makes the bicycle stand out in the shade.
