First of all, I’m glad you ordered wheels from me and I’m happy you’re excited about getting them. I know it is hard to wait. As I write this, I’m waiting on a bike I ordered and I’m counting down the days.

All custom wheels are built by me personally and as stated  on the website the backlog is typically 5-7 business days from the date ordered until the date the wheels ship. If you e-mail me a couple of days after placing an order I’ll send you this response because if I composed an individual e-mail to every person who asked me how their wheels were going the wait would be even longer.

When your wheels ship you’ll get a tracking number e-mailed to you at the e-mail address you gave me when you placed the order. If something has happened and your wheels will take longer than 7 business days to build I’ll contact you and let you know why the wheels are taking longer than expected. Until then I just send this response, because there are only so many hours in the day and as you know, I have wheels to build.
